The problems of leadership today are considered comprehensively in connection with the needs of management, big business, and the economy. Leadership is the position of a certain individual in a group or as a whole. It is characterized by the ability to influence other people, directing their efforts to achieve certain goals. To study leadership, it is necessary to form an idea of how the leadership process takes place and what exactly gives the manager the opportunity to become a leader.
The purpose of the comprehensive training "Leadership and effective communications in international business" is to master the methodology and practice of effective management of people's behavior and interaction through the effective use of leadership qualities, styles, methods of influence at the level of the enterprise, the region and the country as a whole.

In the process of studying the comprehensive training "Leadership and effective communications in international business", the teacher offers students to consider the theoretical, methodological and normative-legal issues of the organization and implementation of international communications in European business, their features in the conditions of the development of the knowledge economy and the aggravation of information security issues in the European space and levels of modern corporations.
