The purpose of the course is to study the individual psychological characteristics of the individual, his/her motivation and attitude to various components of the labor process, vertical and horizontal communications and interpersonal relationships, trends in organizational development and reactions to changes, which will make it possible to identify, understand and predict human behavior in specific situations in order to improve the efficiency of the organization.
