The purpose of teaching the subject Conflictology is to provide future
specialists with the necessary theoretical foundations of the nature of
conflicts, methodological recommendations, practical skills in resolving them,
and the development of skills to control a conflict situation, effectively
manage conflicts in organizations, and pragmatically use them to achieve
personal and organizational goals.
